Dr. Masud earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), graduating with Thesis Honors, and her Master of Science (MS) in Oral Sciences from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. She is board-certified in General Dentistry and is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Oral Medicine and the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology.
With more than two decades of experience in private practice, hospital dentistry, and dental education, she is committed to helping patients achieve healthier smiles and better overall health through personalized, evidence-based care.

Professional Background
Dr. Masud served as the Assistant Director of the General Practice Residency Program at Erie County Medical Center (ECMC) from 2008 to 2013. In this role, she mentored and trained dental residents while providing care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings.
Her clinical background includes significant experience with oral diagnosis, oral pathology, oral medicine, TMD, orofacial pain, oral lesions, and sleep-disordered breathing. She has advanced training in managing medically complex patients, including those undergoing oncology treatment, organ transplant, and anticoagulation therapy.
Dr. Masud also served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Connecticut Health Center, where she supervised dental students in diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive care.
